Boyne U17s beat Ratoath U17s in the North East League

Boyne U17s finished their north East League campaign with another victory by defeating Ratoath 45-19 away in Ratoath. Boyne has finished second in the league with only one defeat all season in the North East League and is guaranteed a semi final spot in the play off league.

Boyne U17s have not played a game for 3 weeks and this was obvious in the first half performance, which ended 14 points all with Ratoath performing well upfront in the forwards and retaining ball well.

Boyne U17s playing Tuesday and Friday this week, so no training

Boyne U17s are playing their final North East League match to Ratoath on Tuesday night 12/4/11 away. Meet at the Black Bull 5.45pm for 7pm kick off away.

Boyne U17s have also been invited by Clontarf RFC to play a friendly against Colntarf u17s on Friday evening 15/4/11 7pm k.o. Arrangements to be finalised.

Pleas note there will be no U17s training this week.

Boyne u17 55 - 5 Edenderry Leinster Culliton Cup

Boyne U17s impressively defeated Edenderry this morning in the second round of the Culliton Cup. Boyne started very smartly and scored five tries to none in the first half. Boyne also converted two fo the five tries. It was a very open fast flowing game and Boyne backrow and backs benefited from the open style game.
